Children’s

Ministries

St. Francis offers many opportunities for youth to learn about Jesus and become a disciple. Along with the programs listed below, we have service projects routinely and seasonal church events for all youth to enjoy.

Vacation Bible School

Vacation Bible School is a high-energy, week-long summer program at St. Francis Episcopal Church for children, grades K–4, held August 3–7, 2026. This year’s theme, Week of Wonder, explores Bible stories centered on God’s work through water, including God Parts the Red Sea, Jonah and the Whale, and Jesus Calms the Storm. Families are invited to a Closing Ceremony on Sunday, August 9, at 9 a.m. during the WOW Sunday Service. Volunteers are needed—adults and students, 5th grade and older are welcome.
