Week of Wonder
Week of Wonder (W.O.W.) is a week-long faith experience for children ages 4 yrs old to rising 4th graders. Similar to a traditional day camp, W.O.W. is five fun-packed days of themed music, crafts, science projects, outdoor play and Bible stories. All children are welcome (you don’t have to be a church member to attend), but we recommend registering early as space is limited (and always sells-out).
W.O.W. is a rewarding volunteer opportunity for adults as well!  We need lots of teachers, decorators, crafters, snack distributors, and behind-the-scenes helpers to make this a great week for the kids. Please consider joining the fun.
Middle- and High-School Youth are encouraged to serve as W.O.W. volunteers. W.O.W. teaches teens and tweens valuable leadership skills as they work with younger kids, lead songs, and supervise activities. They will earn service hours for their time.

Be a Part of Week of Wonder!
We are looking for a group of adult volunteers to help make W.O.W. a success!
After we fill our adult volunteer spots, we will support them with teen helpers. Any adult who volunteers to help with a hands-on volunteer position for the week will automatically have a spot for your W.O.W. aged children to attend at no charge!

Below are the volunteer opportunities if you feel called to be a part of W.O.W. 2018 and what would be involved with the volunteer job. Please pray about helping in this fun way!

Two Chairs for each W.O.W. station
-A few planning meetings to plan the lessons with the co-chairs
-Being present for each of the days of Week of Wonder to help teach and lead your station
-A few errands to help gather any needed materials
-You will be reimbursed for any cost you put into any materials for W.O.W.

Two adults for each grade level---These adults will be called: Shepherds
-Shepherds will help move the children from station to station
-No planning involved; you just show up with energy and have fun with the kids!
-Be present for all days of Week of Wonder
