Wholehearted Living - Wholehearted Giving
In gratitude for God's many blessings and in support of St. Francis Episcopal church, we ask you to prayerfully consider making your pledge for the 2018 budget year. We will continue our focus on supporting core needs and programs: Worship & Music, Outreach, Pastoral Care, Church Office & Operations, Facilities & Maintenance and Diocesan Assessment.  We ask that as you prepare your family's pledge card, please consider the many ways in which St. Francis Episcopal Church supports you and your family, and that you continue to give 'wholeheartedly' in the tradition of St. Francis.

Jesus taught us that the greatest commandment is to respond to his Father’s love and presence with our wholehearted love and service. “Thou shalt love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your mind and strength.” This response to God’s love is Wholehearted Living, which always includes Wholehearted Giving.

St. Francis Church is a place where God's love and presence reside as we continue to worship, hear God's word, and be inspired to live in the light of his love. We reach out to our parishioners and to our community with wholehearted joy and compassion because we are children of God's love. Offering our resources to do God’s work through our parish is an eternal privilege that will never fade away or be lost.

Making a financial pledge and fulfilling your pledge insures St. Francis continues to be and to do all we are called to by our heavenly Father. Join me this year in Wholehearted Living, Wholehearted Giving.

With grace, gratitude and love,
The Rev. Stuart A. Bates
